How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the purchase date (excluding weekend and bank holidays)
How much is Delivery?
Orders under £15 will be subject to a £1.99 delivery charge depending on the weight of the order. Orders over £15 will automatically receive Free tracked service with a estimated delivery time of 2-3 days
Where are you located?
We're located in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
Do you delivery international?
Yes, but to only a select few countries at this time.
My order arrived melted due to weather conditions, what can be done?
Unfortunately chocolate and sweets that arrive melted due to high temperatures due to the weather are unfortunately not our responsibility, and a replacement or refund cannot be issued. We offer out apologies, but due to the nature of the products that we sell sweets and chocolate, melting during the spring/summer months can occur during transit.
I've received different sweets?
Unfortunately if a sweet has sold out or there isn't enough to satisfy your order. We will provide a suitable alternative without notice to customer.
If a suitable alternative is not possible, a refund will be provided for that product.
My sweets look different to the website images?
All images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Unless a brand is named within the product description, we cannot guarantee such sweets are stocked and available, as they appear in the product image.
We hold the right to make changes to stock due to supplier availability.
All product ingredients and allergens will be correct to the product stocked at that time.
